MY PORTFOLIO
Graphic Design & Digital Art
Darth ZurgSworn enemy of the Galactic & Rebel alliance. I decided to incorporate features of Zurg from Pixar's Toy Story and Darth Vader from Lucasfilm's Star Wars. This was the first ever digital painting I've designed, and was done on Photoshop. | Kaka-Whaaat?Inspired by the cute little coconut pirates called Kakamora from Disney's Moana, I created my own take on these thieving little drupes by infusing iconic Disney characters and pop culture to them. | BTxJBA logo designed for my colleague Juan Barajas and I. I designed this logo to incorporate both our initials, "BT" and "JB," but still have a symmetrical look to it. |

Villains of the BayThe Golden State Warriors were dubbed "Villains" during the 2016-2017 NBA season, so I created the star players of the team as iconic Disney "Villains." Painted on Photoshop. | Woo Hoo!A vectorized image of myself, jumping for joy! Each line was hand drawn on Adobe Illustrator. | Snapchat GeofiltersOn the bottom of the picture is a Snapchat Geofilter. Anyone using the social media app "Snapchat" at El Camino High School can have the option of using this geofilter whenever they are on campus. I have also designed geofilters for parties and other school events. Mural pictured in background was also designed by me for the school |
WarLordsThis was the first design that I ever created on Adobe Illustrator. Since the Golden State Warriors had so many different logos throughout the years, I incorporated a little piece of each of them to create one logo. | 2016 EC Powderpuff GamesCreated for El Camino's Powderpuff game (a flag football game in which girls compete instead of boys). I incorporated the schools initials into looking like a queen's crown as well as the school emblem, a horseshoe. | Laguna College of Art + DesignDesigned for LCAD. I incorporated two paintbrushes that also resemble palm trees to represent Laguna's beaches and artistic background. |

A Tale As Old As TimeI was fortunate enough to grow up in a Disney-loving household, so I felt it was right to return the favor to my mother for her birthday to illustrate her this piece. Medium: Prismacolor Colored Pencils. | Horus of KanagawaA mixed media piece based off of ancient Egyptian goddess, Horus, and the Japanese painting,The Great Wave off Kanagawa. Medium: Oil Paint on canvas. | Strive for GreatnessInspired by my favorite basketball player, LeBron James, and his famous saying "Strive for Greatness" to always seek to be the best of your own ability. Medium: White Charcoal, Conte Crayon, and White Prismacolor Colored Pencils. |
Mixed Mediums
VandalsThis is the first of the #TAMxDISNEY series that I have made. These pieces are the most popular on my social media accounts. This series consist of the three things I love: Art, Disney, and San Francisco. This piece takes place at Land's End, a hiking trail that has a great view of the Golden gate Bridge as well as graffiti, so who better to use than the mischievous Stitch. Mediums: Prismacolor Colored Pencils, Photography, and Photoshop. | 42 Wallaby WayThis is the second piece of the #TAMxDISNEY series. This picture is taken on Pier 17 off the Embarcadero. Even though Nigel hates seagulls, there aren't much pelicans in the Bay, so I borrowed a seagull's body. This piece was ironic because I made this before the movie "Finding Dory" came out, and I had no idea the movie took place in California. Mediums: Prismacolor Colored Pencils, Photography, and Photoshop. | Be Our GuestThis is the third of the #TAMxDISNEY series that I have made. This picture was originally me and my prom date at the Palace of Fine Arts in the Marina District. The original image photographed a monstrosity more hideous than the beast (me). The dress of my prom date was also originally maroon, but I photoshopped it so it is more fitting. Mediums: Prismacolor Colored Pencils, Photography, and Photoshop. |
